The Madison Improvement Club

So I don't do group fitness classes like spin.... at all. But a friend invited me to go and I'm hooked! Loved the Party on a Bike classes. The energy is high but when you've pushed yourself the light go off. So you can drive yourself harder or just peddle at your own pace. Always clean, lots of good energy + a smoothie bar/cafe..

While keeping the integrity of the original building, the new owners remodeled and found a time capsule from 1917 so they opened it and left one of their own. They have a cafe with yummy smoothies and food if you want it. There is a Spin Room with flashing lights and black lights. The Yoga studio is the original building with the original oak floors. Very friendly staff in a very modern setting while keeping the integrity of the original building and its concept.

Great place. Super friendly. FABULOUS, HONEST, FRIENDLY, NOT STUCK UP. The entire place is built with love and it shows in every corner. From the lemon water in the oh-so-comfy yoga lobby to the little nooks and hangouts all around. And even the form-email-responses are per-fect It's positively zen that's makes one happy :-)) So far I can only boast about the YOGA with Alex - the dude is amazing. I asked around other class mates and no one has just one fav. A very good sign for this beginner to OMC. A few tricks I learned from the video for a newbie (really, someone made a video about the OMC experience beginning with PARKING - who does that?) Love these peeps. I felt at home immediately - and of course I got a great parking space 'cause I knew where to go. Highly recommend ... I'm from Hawaii and OMC has aloha :-))

Love Everything about the MIC!! Amazing teachers, friendly staff and Seed Cafe is so healthy and yummy.
