My Fitness Studio, LLC

I am one of those people who never liked working out and never could find the drive to actually want to go workout. It wasn't until about four months ago that I found my fitness studio and fell in love with it. I find myself wanting to go to the classes whenever I get a chance. It's like being apart of a big family. You all work together and the staff is always encouraging to push you to do your best. I can't even describe the amazing people and atmosphere. I leave this place feeling so much better and don't know what I would do without it and the staff! It's definitely a place that I would recommend to anyone and everyone:)

My wife is shaped by My Fitness Studio. I bought my wife a fitness package for her birthday when they first opened up, and I must say she has never been happier. The trainers have become her friends and mentors with regards to her health, fitness, and nutrition. The staff is great, always challenging their clients and helping them meet and exceed their fitness goals. I also love that they give back to their community at every opportunity. YOU ROCK My Fitness Studio !!!!!

Amazing! The instructors are fun to work with and drive you to your goals. You will never have a trainer here talk down to you about your body, they are a family style gym that will only encourage you to push harder and to thrive with where you are at! My favorite classes are their TRX, Boxing, and Spin classes... Their bikes TURN!
