FLO Yoga & Cycle

This place has quite literally changed my life. I have never been more excited to workout and sweat than I do now. The combination of spin and yoga is also so perfect. There’s not much else a person needs. Thank you for dreaming this up Eddie and Debbi! Aside from the great community, instructors, and encouragement- the cold towels are the literal best part!

Loving this concept and place! Did our first pop up class last night and cannot wait for them to officially open. The owners are absolutely amazing! Love that they make it an awesome workout with all the little details. Lavender scented cool towels handed out by their kids (parents who show their kids work ethic AMAZING) after a 30 minute cycle. Plus their one of a kind cycling bikes are wonderful. They go beyond when it comes to customer service. They help get your bike exactly where it needs to be for you and write down what settings you are at on the bikes so you know how to set it up on your own for your next class. Excited to have their official location open up to try out a hot yoga class. If you are think of trying this place out you absolutely should!

The studio was exactly what I was looking for. I love that they have 1/2 cycle and 1/2 yoga style stretching classes. The people are amazing and their extra touches, like providing spin shoes, don’t go unnoticed.

FLO is such a fun workout. I loved all the little details you don't find at other spin studios... loving those post-ride towels!! Great instructors too, very friendly and helpful!

This place has amazing instructors and such a great vibe! Debbie and Eddie have done a great job of creating a community. Challenging classes, definitely give it a try :) (PS the picture is the OverFLO space until the permanent space is finished)
