If I could give 0 stars I would. My 10 month old puppy, who should have been gaining weight, came back 7 pounds underweight, skin and bones. He is an extremely active dog who loves to run and was all muscle prior to him being there for 2 weeks. When we brought it to Dan’s attention, not only did he deny it, they went in the office, closed the door, and came out to say he only lost one pound. We brought him to the vet that day to confirm it, and to get a check up. We were told not to call to check on our pup because, if there was an issue, we would hear from them. They did not call once. I understand not every dog responds to this type of training, regardless of the cost, had they told us he was not responding or not eating we would have been there that day to pick him up, and would have been happy with that. He also came back with a very hoarse bark, which is now back to normal, I’m assuming because of the collar training. I’m not against prong collar training but they did not let us know they would be using that collar until we picked him up. Terrible communication. Be careful about bringing your dog here.

(This rating is actually a -4) Just saw a commercial for this ridiculous garbage "training" school, which sent me into ptsd mode. Good thing my dog didn't see it, he'd go right back into the internment camp survivor stage he was in the day I brought him home. I almost cried when I saw him. The puppy that would normally jump 3 feet in the air and do 360s until he bolted at me full throttle was now 5lbs less, spine showing, and he crawled into my arms like he was 3 breaths away from death. When I got him home I noticed his cough, which wasn't even classified as kennel cough, but a result of his injured throat while they violently "corrected" him with the prong collar. He laid in his open crate for 3 days and barely moved. I came home one day and he had soiled himself and just laid in it. I regret not documenting anything except the $300 vet visit, I should've taken some sort of action. Maybe some people do get positive results from these people, but there should never be negative results, especially not ones like we had.

I took both of my labs here together. The youngest who had just turned 1 was impossible and we were at our wits end. When we picked them up we were schocked at the difference! They are both listening and doing great. We will have to keep it up at home but could not have dreamed that they would have this much progress in 2 weeks! I would highly recommend Dan and his team to any dog owner!!!

-Lee Just I disagree with you tremendously. Sent my 2 German Shepherd puppies to training here 3 weeks ago and they both GAINED 6 pounds. They were extremely cared for and had a blast! They picked up commands very well (but it took one 10 days to learn down) But she thinks she is hot stuff. I recommend Dan Gentile and Im not even an adult.
