The Dance Project

Fantastic teachers!! Both of our girls started when it was Deveney's, and after the studio changed to The Dance Project it became even stronger! I love how appropriate the moves are along with age appropiate costumes. I love that the teachers are serious about form yet value the fun of dance just as much.

There are not enough stars to show how much we love the Dance Project! My little dancer has been attending since she was barely three, now at eight the confidence and strength that she exudes is unbelievable, so much of this can be contributed to dance. The students are taught proper technique and focus is put on character as well as proper form. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and love to pass their knowledge on to the students. So much care is put into who is teaching and how they are teaching the students, and this attention to detail shows in each dancer’s growth as a student. In addition to the myriad of regular classes available, students are given numerous opportunities throughout the year to participate in extra classes that enrich their knowledge by being instructed by well-known professionals in the dance world. The staff, on a whole, works to create a balance between the competition/performance and the educational sides of dance. Dinah and Rhianna put their heart into this studio and it shows! As a parent, their door has always been open to hear my concerns and answer my questions. I trust that when my daughter goes to the Dance Project she is cared for and being instructed by the best! Dance is my daughter’s passion and it is so nice to be able to send her somewhere that shares that passion with equal vigor.

I have two daughters that both take classes here and they LOVE it! The owners are compassionate, patient and dedicated to every child that takes classes here. They help each dancer succeed at their individual level. My girls and I really feel like this dance studio is an extension of our family. It is a positive environment for them to learn and work on their dance skills. They offer a variety of classes at different skill levels and we recommend this studio to all of our friends and family.

I absolutely love The Dance Project. This isn't a studio that is about competing individually, but a studio that believes in fostering a positive environment based on supporting one another and fostering a deep love for dance. Your children will build life long friendships here. The teachers could not be more caring or invested in their students' growth.

The Dance Project is the greatest! The owners and staff are wonderful instructors and role models for my daughters...I wouldn't take them anywhere else! They do an amazing job at keeping songs, routines and costumes age appropriate for dancers as well.
