The Dance Store

We had a 5-star experience at The Dance Store. We drove over an hour to get my daughter’s first pointe shoes. The owner was so knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure my her first pointe shoes were exactly the ones she needed. The store is clean, classy, and well-stocked. We will certainly be making this our go-to store for any special dance items we need in the future.

Today I walked into this store to get my daughter ballet tights, the lady in there which I’m sure was the manager was rude. Had no customer service and or was friendly. I will never walk in there again.

An excellent local business that deserves your support. It's such a convenient place for all of my daughter's dance gear. The lady who runs it is super helpful, friendly and knows the particulars of what each of the local dance studios expect for the students gear. Convenient parking out front of in back parking lot.

Needed a pair of character shoes last minute and stopped in. Everything was so great! Highly recommend this store if needing dance attire.

I chose to come here rather than order characters shoes online on Amazon where it might be cheaper, but I wouldn’t be sure of the fit or quality. The owner of this cute store helped me find some lovely, comfortable, quality character shoes at a decent price for an upcoming show. I also got some convertible tights and she showed me a Eurotard catalog with some character skirts. The owner was very kind and the store had a good selection! I recommend coming here for your dance shoe and apparel needs. Update: I came back here because the shoes I originally bought ended up not working out for me and my bunions. She helped me find two other pairs of shoes that were more rounded at the toe, more comfortable, and even let me try on some toe spacers! I danced in 1/2 pairs last night and they were so comfy! The owner is beyond patient and kind. I’m so happy with these new purchases! I’ve turned other people on to this store and they talked about how nice she was too.

She is ALWAYS helpful and very knowledgeable. This is a great place to get your dancer her items.

Visited the store some time back. Went to buy dance attire one day before a show that I was performing in. I called the owner on the phone and told her about my situation and that I might come around closing time. She was sweet enough to wait for me because she completely understood the situation. The owner is the one that runs it, I believe. She was very helpful and friendly. The business was still open even though it was like ten minutes till it closed and not busy at all and didn’t seem like it got super busy, especially at that hour, which I was great for because my daughter needed tights for dance and it’s the only place that I found was open. I realize you are supposed to be open your hours but a lot of privately owned businesses close down early if they are not getting any business. The prices were reasonable and the owner was very nice.

We love The Dance Store. She is always so helpful and honest. Excellent prices for high quality items. We have been satisfied customers for 3 years.
