Food: amazing quality food. Everything had a great taste, was fresh and very well seasoned. I recommend the seafood. Sustainability: supposedly it comes recommended as a sustainable restaurant, but I’m not sure. Nothing particularly screamed sustainable for me. Ambiance: intimate and clean environment. Good for a date setting. Service: meh, not great but not bad either. Value: very pricey and they charge for everything. Charging for bread and butter although delicious I find is wrong. I would say it’snotas Google suggests.
Great food, friendly service no wait. Off the beaten path gem . We had the burger, truffle parm fries and tomato soup with grilled cheese. All delicious!
The Fat Radish is one of those restaurants that you try and think about constantly until you go again! We chose this location for dinner because of how they can accommodate dairy free and gluten free members of our party. We did not expect to eat such beautifully created, flavourful and delicious food. The staff was remarkably helpful and friendly as well as accommodating to our needs! At Fat Radish the food is not only lovely to look at, but so delicious you just can't stop taking another bite. My only regret is that we were too full for dessert. Try whatever special the chef has for the night and you will not be disappointed.
Good and healthy food options, the Brussels sprouts wrapped in bacon were great. Incredibly busy around dinner time. Visited at about 8pm.
Went for brunch. At first my English breakfast came out cold, but they quickly made me a new one and were very courteous. That, and the lemon pancakes with blueberry jam, were each very good.
Delicately prepared menu, with rather innovative ingredients. However, the waiter was condescending and unwelcoming. Make sure to come dressed to harmonize with the upscale-rustic décor, or risk being seated in the far corner of the restaurant, with neither chair nor leg room, while being subjected multiple times to staff inquiries as to whether you are “really going to sit” where you have been seated. It’s a shame that the service was so snooty and unpleasant, because actually, the chef did quite an exquisite job of preparing the food. The radish with olive tapenade was a nice touch. The fluke crudo had really nicely balanced flavors. And the bacon on the burger was just the right amount of crispy for the fat. I’d really like to give this place a higher rating. It would have been such a lovely experience, except the staff made us feel somehow unworthy and unwelcome - so it was not.
Undeniably good food, but really really small plates. The drinks were also very well crafted. If I would have been filled after a 350$ dinner I'd have been happy:
This place is beyond adorable. We bumped into it while looking for another place to eat. It looked so cute we decided to just eat there. The decor is a bit shabby chic with just the right accents, a perfect little date spot. What blew me away, however, was the food. Everything was delicious. All in all, I would hands down recommend it to anyone.
Excellent vegetarian options and great cocktails. Must check menu often, it changes seasonally. Heritage Goat was the best entree when I went this month, Nov. 2017.
This place is very tasty. The veggies are super yummy. You’ll never miss meat. But you can have some if you need it. Highly recommend the pot pie if it’s in the menu when you go.
