I ordered a night stand and it looked like some of the paint was chipped so the manager said he'd order me another one. When two weeks went by and I didn't hear anything I called the manager except he couldn't remember what we spoke about or what I had even bought so I had to explain. Needless to say I wasn't happy at all because he said he hadn't even ordered it and it had been two weeks. When he did call me to set up the delivery he mentioned delivering it on a Thursday but when he realized I wasn't going to be home at a certain time he said the following Thursday would be better. A few days later he called me again because he couldn't remember what day he set up the delivery for. When Thursday finally came I rushed home from work because it was supposed to be delivered after 2:00. I then realized I had a voice mail from 10:30 that morning saying they were delivering it in twenty minutes. I was extremely mad because the Manager Jeff said it would be delivered after I got home from work so I called complaining. Once the delivery guys finally got here I asked them if he set up that time and they said No there was no notes on it. This man as a manager does not know how to deal with customers. He never remembered anything he said to me. You would think these important details would get written down because it's a business. This whole thing went on for a month or more before I finally got my piece of furniture and although they delivered it free of charge the run around I got was ridiculous. I will Never buy another piece of furniture from this store again, and I've bought a bunch over the last decade. I'm done!!

I love this sectional couch, although once it was delivered and they put it together, They stated that there was a piece missing and that someone would be out in a couple of days to fix, after a week or two I called and asked them about it and a lady working there stated that she didn't see it ordered so she would and it would arrive in a few days, I received a package and it wasn't even what we needed so I went back to speak to them directly. I showed them exactly what was missing by pointing to it on the display that they still had set up. Oh, she says she would have it ordered and they would send it to me. I said NO please send someone out to install it. Well, they just left and they installed it incorrectly and we are no better off than before. We will figure a way to fix it on our own. Very, Very disappointed in their attention to detail.

Great quality and prices. My sofa was surprisingly free from added flame retardants which is rare. Very helpful and large variety. They deliver for cheap. Nice delivery guys.

These guys are great, low pressure sales, but there to guide you through the choosing process.
