It was not crowded on a Thursday evening for dinner ... The hostess was rude, no personality - NOT someone I would want as the face of my establishment. Service was fine. Food super slow coming from the kitchen. Food was properly prepared. Menus were sticky. Maybe hostess should take time to clean them. Front of house manager seemed like she would rather be friendly with staff instead of directing them. Now we usually sit at the bar and have good service there. Restaurant side needs work. We will be sitting at the bar from now on.

We went on a Saturday evening about 7pm. We ordered the strawberry lemonade, the crab dip  and the Maryland Style wings at 7:10.  The lemonade was great with all the fruit in it. We got the crab dip with 6 half pieces of pretzel sticks. Not enough for the amount of crab dip. When asked for more you are charged a dollar. We finally received our wings, only wings, at 8:20 pm.  The lady told us that the ordered was just put in 20 minutes ago. For real???? The chicken was hot, but not cooked totally. 
This was the worst service we have received from Greene Turtle.

Very nice place to hangout with friends. Good food but not so much of a beer selection. They do have happy hours. I recommend this place.

Had a great experience at The Greene Turtle. This was my first time trying the restaurant and I was a part of a large party. Our waiter was very courteous, knowledgeable of the menu, and we received all our food in a timely manner. The Hog Hammers appetizer is delicious and so is the Colossal crab cake dinner. I will be a return customer, GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Plenty of TV's for the sports enthusiast! Food choices offer everything from grilled cheese to crab cakes. Service was 2nd to none. Even the mgr checked on us after we were served. Great family & sports bar
