I purchased my road bike from CPB after visiting several stores. My decision was based primarily on two factors. Knowledgeable and friendly staff and their bike fitting policy. Every bike store I visited had knowledgeable staff, but I was impressed with their policy to adjust the bike to my size. Also, Gil, is an outstanding rep. From the minute I walked in, he was enthusiastic about explaining concepts to me. This was my first road bike and he patiently explained several aspects. When it came time for my road test, he setup the bikes without hesitation and listened to my concerns. I gladly purchased my bike from them and I look forward to years of continued customer service.

I come to the shop for wheelchair tires, inner tubes, etc. They are AWESOME!! They have helped me (got me right in) when I've thrown a flat and they are fast! Bring tires in stock out to my car for me to look at!! If you use a wheelchair, don't waste your time with a medical suppy place!! Go here for fast, helpful, and wonderful service! PS: they were the only place around that carries my size tires in stock!!! I only wish I could give them MORE stars!!

Had a good experience with the people here. They fixed up my bike after a nasty crash, threw in a discount, and even a free saddle just to keep my spirits up. So far I am satisfied with the repairs. They also thought I would need a lower bracket replacement, but in the end it turned out all it needed was an adjustment, and they were honest about this.

I had a bolt whose thread is broken. All I need is to replace the bolt. They told me that they don't work with cheap bike like mine, then send me away.
update in response to the owner:
The technician is simply not telling the truth. He did not examine the thread of the stem. He was just guessing and don't even bother to try a new bolt. It turns out that the thread of the stem is fine. Because I asked my friend to drive me to home depot to get a new bolt in the very next day. Then I fixed it and I continue to ride the bike since then. The technician is either very sloppy or telling a lie to protect himself. I still have the bike, the broken bolt, and the receipt of home depot as solid evidence.
More importantly, the technician told me you don't provide service to a cheap bike like mine. This is very unprofessional.
