Takoma Bicycle

Very nice place, the service was great. Bryon saw me outside looking like a deer in the headlights trying to buy a bike for myelf and sons. He came out the shop to help me and explained everything to me about the bike I was looking at . I will be back to buy 3 bikes from the store.. thank you Bryon!!

Wound up with a flat tire and no spare tube on a ride the other day. I walked my bike into Takoma Bicycle and they were extremely helpful. Fixed the tire in just a few minutes and gave me some pointers on things I had been doing wrong, without making me feel dumb about it. Thank you!

Best in the business! Great service, employees work with pride and positivity, store owner incredibly knowledgeable and available. Legitimate quality products and a great shop!

Horrible experience. Had an employee aggressively throw a drink on the ground when we arrived after closing, hoping to get tires filled. He told us they were closed, we explained why we were there and that we did not expect service. He proceeded to throw his drink and started opening the shop but, at that point, we felt extremely uncomfortable and told him we were leaving. We'll never go back to this establishment. (By the way we had been there 20 minutes earlier asking a question and were told to come back with the bike to pump it. Nobody thought of telling us that they were closing soon and hours were not posted on door.)

Came here yesterday with a broken chain at 4:30pm. They changed the sprocket and the chain the same day. I was able to pick it up before 8pm. Service is great, friendly people. Can't complain.
