I dont know what is going on with the AC in this location. It seems like it works a month, then stops working for two weeks and so on. We're on summer already, its way too hot, not even outside is that hot. You start sweating just from walking upstair, and since everyone is sweating excessively, all the equipment is disgusting. Hope this problem gets definitely fixed.

I wish I could give it zero stars. Totally ripped me off. I called to cancel and they didn’t put it through. They keep charging me. I’ve called 7 times and no one will help. Left my number for Gerald, the manager 3 times and never got a call back. Don’t join unless you have a lawyer and are ready to fight in court to drop your membership.
UPDATE: Gerald reached out to me and was very helpful and refunded my money. He was very polite and easy to deal with.

I just have to take a moment to praise the staff at this gym! This is the third WSC that I visited, trying to figure out which location will suit my needs the best. This Silver Spring location is a perfect fit and honestly, 70% of that was attributed to the staff there! In particular, Osman Kamara, the sales manager. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by him, taken on a personal tour, and had a genuine conversation where he answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed or pressured. To be honest, I bought a membership because of his great customer service skills!
For the actual gym review: the amenities are great! I transferred from PF because it was becoming too saturated. At WSC, there are ALWAYS opened machines no matter the time of day, the locker rooms are kept clean and the sauna is a plus. Haven't personally tried their crossfit section, but the equipment there seems very modern.

They continue to randomly charge my credit card after my wife canceled the membership.
Since mid april they tried to charge $200.
Useles to say this is going straight to the fraud reports

They are only good to people who join the membership but they will give you a hard time when you quit.
The staff here are rude, they don't want to listen to your concerns, and they are lying!
Fine, you are going to have "okay" time at the the gym but be prepared when you want to cancel your membership,
So here's my story:
I moved to a different area so I had to cancel my membership. I went there on May 14 to cancel my membership, talked to the lady there and she said they would cancel my membership after 45 days, because there is a 45 day agreement so it would be the last day of June, I even asked a week after if I would be charged after 45 days and the person on the phone told me "no sir, you won't be charged for the month of July". Still, I got charged for July, so I called, and they told me nobody cancelled my membership, and they are going to charge me another 40 dollars for nothing. I called 5 times and they always say, the manager is going to be available this time but the manager is never available to talk to me so I decided to go there by myself and the staff told me that the manager will call me after 2 days. I waited for more than a week and nobody called me.
To all the current members at the gym,
If you want to cancel your membership, ask for a receipt!!!
And to all who wants to be a member of this gym, be prepared for this situation when you cancel your membership!!!
