This location will be my go to even though I live in Smyrna and there are 4 other close locations to my home- because the workers seem to all love their work and make it more than worth the drive. Kris from Flooring is AMAZING!!! He had such a great attitude and was truly happy to be at Home Depot to help. He was such a cheery and calm/level headed worker. Said he had only been there for 4 months and he was so blessed to have the opportunity to work with such an amazing group. Every single worker that walked near Kris and I while he was helping with my tile decision seemed to be just as smiley. This is my new favorite location! I will also write a review on the Home Depot site.
Used their Tool Rental center to get a truck; great, friendly service. The vehicle was in acceptable shape for a work truck. The service member was competent, answered my questions, explained the process, and seemed to be happy to help. Great experience.
DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT HOME DEPOT! I had a HORRIBLE experience with this store and the corporate office. I paid to have flooring installed in my home but on delivery day they brought the wrong flooring! I immediately noticed as well as the delivery staff and notified the store. The flooring was sent back but the manager tried to convince me it was “essentially” the same flooring, which it wasn’t. The look and feel were totally different from the sample I used to make the decision. I was told all they were willing to do was have me start the process of picking new flooring or cancel the order. I went to the corporate level and had to wait more than a week to be told there was nothing they could do other than have me re order as if it were my mistake. A restaurant will do more for an incorrect order than Home Depot did for us after delivering the wrong flooring. I was spending over 10k. I will NEVER step foot in any of their stores and do not recommend anyone else to either. They will treat you like they are the only hardware store around and don’t have to have good customer service. I wasted time and money as a result of their mistake only to be told “Unfortunately there is nothing we can do”. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! They do not care about their customers after causing a MAJOR inconvenience.
I can honestly say that I like Home Depot but recently I had a bad experience. I ordered something online that was valued at $45 and took it back to the store. They were very kind and they said they would take care of everything but then I received an email saying that I was not getting a refund because I did not respond. Couple weeks later I went back into the store And the lady remembered me and she said that she would look into it. It’s two weeks later again and I still haven’t received my refund or a phone call back from the store. It’s just a big hassle to keep going back-and-forth. The people in the store were very kind and nice and I’m sure it’s just a glitch in the system but it’s a lot of follow up. I will never order anything online again and take it back to the store. Overall though, Home Depot is where I go for things.
I got off to a rocky start with my delivery but the Management team in Acworth really helped me out. Amy especially felt my pain and went way out of her way to help me. That's why I shop at Home Depot in Acworth. Thanks again guys
Matt at Home Depot on Shiloh Road was AWESOME today! He saw a product in hand right before checkout and shared that it was on sale. Thank you Matt for sharing valuable information! There was no signage so it wasn't known to be on sale initially. $$Savings$$

This one star will stay here until you guys fire the kid that thought he could pick a fight with my contractor. This morning. I doubt very seriously that corporate is gonna tolerate this kind of customer service once I inform them. As a contractor that has an account and spend 30 plus thousand a year, this kind of service won't be tolerated....Lowes is right down the road as far as I'm concerned and hungry for new business.
Always a great experience at Home Depot. High quality products at reasonable prices, and helpful, friendly employees.
Janette? Genette? Whoever hired that woman should be fired. She doesn’t deserve a boss position if she’s going to be careless and lack any sort of empathy. The way she handled the situation i experienced shows that not only do people in HR not care about their employees but how bigger bosses will just blame down the line to avoid responsibility.
