Story

The HUB on Chestnut offers a variety of Studio, 1 Bedroom and 2 Bedroom apartment layouts (Please view our "photos" page). All lease contracts are 1 year (12 months). We do NOT offer short term leases.

Rental Rates for the 2012-2013 Leasing Season are as follows:

Studio: $875-975 per month (NO AVAILABILITY)
1 Bedroom: $1335-1525 per month (NO AVAILABILITY)
2 Bedroom: $1700-1900 per month (Please email for availability)

*The above rental rates do not include any utilities*

Apartments are shown by appointment ONLY (scheduled a minimum of 24 hours in advance). We CAN NOT accept walk in appointments. You must have your appointment confirmed by a leasing representative. Please email us at [email protected] to schedule an appointment.

Appointments are taken between the following hours:
Mon-Tues 11:30am-3:00pm
Thurs-Fri 11:30am-3:00pm

All incoming/prospective tenants must be able to fulfill the below requirements in order to secure an apartment:

Securing/Reserving an Apartment

In order to secure a unit, we will need the following from all roommates/applicants:

Completed Guest Card
Completed Rental Application
$40.00 Non-refundable Application Fee (Per Roommate)
1 Month Non Refundable reservation deposit (to be applied to last
month's rent upon move in)
Completed and signed reservation receipt
Legal photo ID

*All payments can be made in the form of check or money order. Please make payable to "The HUB on Chestnut".

Reservations are completed on a “first come first serve” basis. We must have all deposits and applications from all roommates in order to secure an apartment. Once you have made your deposit the apartment will be removed from the market and secured for your move in date.
