Very professional. I appreciate a human answering the phone and answering my questions. I got the pleasure of working with Ray. He took his time helping us find what we need. Their office is conveniently located to most of their properties. And their prices are very reasonable! Thank you Campus Apartments!
I had a really amazing experience leasing with Campus Apartments! When you call, you tell the team which of type of units you're interested in, and they send you a personalized list of the available units that fit your criteria, along with the prices, utilities, square footage info and pics/videos of the units. I picked 3-4 from the list that I was interested in and was able to book a tour for them, all within 3-4 days. My specialist Hayley was absolutely amazing! She was really knowledgable and gave great tours of all of the units, and also offered to work with management to have flooring/carpeting replaced for some of the older units, and to work with me on pricing for one of the more expensive units, which I thought was really considerate! I was approved within a few hours of submitting my application, and they generated the leasing documents very quickly. They were also very upfront about the deposit and due dates. It was a very easy and quick process, and I'm so grateful that I leased through this company!
The campus apartment personnel are all awesome. I love the personality and attitude of all I have encountered. This includes Jessica, the maintenance crew they are always there to help!, Ray, and everyone else. Thank you for making a first time philly resident feel safe and happy in the city of brotherly love.
We had a great experience with campus apartments! Communication was always super clear, and the personnel were extremely friendly!! Everything was very easy and painless throughout the process!
Kimber did an excellent job of helping us sign our lease at The Simon. The process was super friendly, efficient, and easy. Thank you so much!
Best experience I’ve had signing. Complete night and day from other UC signing office. Kimber was absolutely amazing and made the process seamless, easy, and enjoyable. Phenomenal!
We submitted a maintenance request on October 2021 because our washer was malfunctioning. Someone came around a week later and decided that a part had to be replaced and that it would be ordered. Fast forward to March 2022, and our issue has not been fixed. In fact, Campus Apartments completely ignored our request until we reminded them of it. They had someone come in, and they again said they would order the part, which would arrive 2 weeks from that date. We asked for this to be done sooner, and they acted dismissively. When the part finally came, the washer still was malfunctioning, so they ordered a new one. It took 2 weeks for it to be delivered and installed, and it was installed incorrectly. The washer is constantly drawing water, and our basement is now flooding. Our emails and requests are ignored by the management, who respond with automatic replies that they are out of office. During your stay, expect basic services that should be provided legally per your contract to not be offered. Expect it to take over 7 months for anything to be fixed, including necessary appliances like a washer. Expect to waste your time having to send multiple emails and submit multiple maintenance requests for anything to be done, and expect a management team, who will ignore these emails. I am yet to have to deal with a more uncommunicative and incompetent management. If you're thinking about living in a Campus Apartment unit/property, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
I worked with Hayley, a part-timer and she was incredibly helpful. I also talked to a few people on the phone and they were all knowledgeable about the lease and procedures. I enjoyed my time with Campus Apartments. I only give 4 stars because their website allocates all the money strange so I was afraid I didn’t pay my security deposit because the way they had it arranged said that that was still due. It all worked out in the end and I was told it didn’t matter as long as I had paid but it was strange. Could be stressful for college students if they are money conscious. Either way good place, good price, good people.
I’m locked out for more than 2 hours waiting for maintenance to call back after they repeatedly telling me to check back after 15 minutes because the key doesn’t work. No way this place is safe and they will do anything in case of an emergency
The leasing experience with campus apartments has been great so far, communication is really easy
