I’ve been here for 9 months and couldn’t be happier! The building is beautiful, staff is friendly, neighborhood is convenient, and maintenance requests are always completed promptly. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

I lived here for a year in a two bedroom loft and it was a great experience. The theme is industrial so there's a lot of exposed beams and pipes. The fitness center is a little run down and there's no pool but you can't beat the location. Rent is pretty high ~1800 for a two bedroom + utilities

Good apartments, but roof leaked, windows leaked like a sieve during winter, and while Tammy with administration was very easy to work with, her support staff were incompetent.
