The Learning Experience - West University

I couldn’t be happier with where my children go to daycare. I’ve read the poor reviews and have not had anything close to those kinds of experiences. The staff have been very transparent, very responsive to questions, prompt to address minor injuries or health concerns. My son, 4 yo, has been enrolled since 2 months old. The staff have been engaging, loving and encouraging towards him. He has learned so much through their educational programs. My daughter, 20 months, is also enrolled there. I am seeing the same positive influence this environment is having on her. I wish I could give more stars.

We toured many child care facilities in our area before carefully deciding on The Learning Experience. As new parents who work full time, I had many concerns and thoughts about daycare. However, my experience with TLE has put our mind at ease. I am so pleased with the application process, staff/teacher interaction, facility cleanliness, building safety, and the care of my baby. If you are a new parent or looking for new childcare, I would highly recommend TLE. It has only been a week, but I notice how fast my baby is developing through her social interaction with her teachers and other kids in her class. On the second day of school, my daughter even reached for her teacher, which is a great feeling for me! The App is so helpful and relieves my worry throughout the day. My family and I are so pleased with this experience.

TLE - West U is a fantastic school and an exceptional place to send your children. My daughter attended this location from 3 months old until 4.5 years. She’s far beyond her peers when it comes to reading and writing, she has loved every single teacher she has ever had, and she has developed deep and meaningful friendships. Personal attention is truly given to each child and the front staff is responsive, kind, and thoughtful regarding managing the school. Director Tara Bernard knows what she’s doing and it shows. We’re thankful to have been able to have our daughter attend TLE - West U.

This place really is awesome. The teachers are wonderful to our two kiddos. The admin staff is friendly and helpful. The director is always just a phone call away to address any concerns. The facilities is clean, secure, and has lots of activities in house. We love getting photos and updates through their ap throughout the day. We are so thankful for the care and attention the program provides.

This center quality has gone down tremendously since a month ago. Staff/teachers have changed recently and I brought to their attention that my son start disliking the school for unknown reason. They see that when I or my wife bring him in. Until lately my son was hurt badly around his neck and showed to his teacher and noted it but they never call/investigate it even I brought it to their attention. I was concerned about his happiness and environment. Today again was all his face scratched and bleeding and the lady said this norm for preschooler, what!! I am astonished! Anyone sends his kids to this center should be concerned about their kids in such situation. I don’t bring my son here to be abused and it is the teacher responsibility to stop this behavior from other kids but if you look to my kids face it was like someone intentionally was let to do that while teacher is being ignorant. I asked to show me the recording, they refused and said it is not recording but it is a live video only. So to keep you aware they will back each other and hide any evidence. When I registered my kids they say it is recording and they use it to investigate any incident but I am hearing different thing today.

My two boys have been in TLE for 2 years now. I can't say enough good things about TLE. There are so many great teachers and the management staff is incredibly hands on. The staff hears any and all of the parents feedback and jumps to action. Highly recommend for your children. I want to specifically give Ms. Kayla a shout out. She has been so kind and loving to my oldest son. We went on a trip for 5 days recently so he was out of school during that time. I dropped him off for the first time today since that trip and she kept saying "I missed you so much!" while hugging and kissing him. I could genuinely tell she missed him with all her heart. Such a special place that TLE....

I only was here once for the tour with my son and my bf. First thing, I did like the security measures they have to get in/out the building . 2nd, when we got to the room he was supposed to be in for 4 yr olds, it looked chaotic, of course they are wild. Understandable. What I don’t understand about that is, the lady that gave us the tour, had no clue there wasn’t a camera in the room. We saw cameras in other rooms, but this room the camera was missing. How did you not know the camera is not there ? That’s very concerning. Maybe just acting like she didn’t know and they took it down for a reason. Anyway. The 2 ladies downstairs with the babies, wouldnt even get the babies to stop crying. They were just talking to each other. I wouldn’t bring your newborn here. I hope they really clean the toys cuz the 4 yr olds were putting their mouths on whatever they touched. I’m surprised the workers didn’t stop them. I’ve worked in child care settings before. None of these were problems.

I had a terrible experience here. Took my son here for a week and never returned. Caregivers are terrible, liars and dismissive. Stay away from this place. The director didn’t even have the decency to call because they know how bad their staff behaved. Just keep out!

We've been so happy with TLE West U! The curriculum, friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of the facility are beyond impressive. The part I'm most delighted with is how quickly they address any concerns I have with my babies. For example, my son was having some typical delays and when I told his teachers, Catherine and Patsy, about my worries they immediately focused on helping him to improve. I'm happy to say because of TLE my son has thrived, improved delays and gone above and beyond his age's skill level. We are so happy we came here and feel fortunate that Catherine and Patsy came into our son's life. We know teachers have a tough job and their hands are full so the individual attention we received ensures that we will always recommend TLE to any parent who is looking for a high-quality preschool.
