The Little Village

My husband surprised me for my birthday. 4 couples all boarded the limo my husband got for all of us to travel to the restaurant provided by The Little Village. Oh my what a surprise! All the food was great. Private room.... great service. The night lacked nothing. My seabass was absolutely superb! I also stole some of my husband's flounder. Omg....

Excellent service with delicious food. The bread for an appetizer is definitely a first choice and comes in a pretty large portion good to share. They even provided my boyfriend with a free dessert for his birthday. I would definitely recommend this place!

Haven't been in months. Food was good, not as good as many previous visits. The waiter kept trying to take my salad, though I was not finished. He told me "you need to move your salad to the left side of the table, or busboys are going to try to keep taking it". I told him, when one is finished, etiquette says you put your fork and knife together at 4:20 on the plate, he said "there are lots of ways to do it, but just put your salad away from the edge, on the other side of the table". I didn't want to cross over my plate to eat salad, and wanted to eat my salad with my chicken marsala. He was less concerned about offering a water refill, though glass was at the edge of table, empty, and he passed by several times. He never brought my partner his Coke. At the end of the meal, I said 'he never got his Coke, please just take it off the bill'. He walked off frowning, and returned with the check, slamming it down on the table, not a word. We left an 18% tip, (usually leave 25%) hoping it might make him aware that he was unduely rude to 2, 60 year old men, trying to enjoy a meal right after the death of a father. I won't claim this was a homophobic incident, but it was unprofessional.

Food was delicious. Drinks were prepared by an experienced bartender. Wait staff has been well trained to give the customer a wonderful dining experience. We're going back!

The food is delicious every time I eat here. Always great service too.
