I went here with my mom and fiance, my mom was visiting from out of state. And we requested the bagels to be toasted, but it was hardly toasted, almost cold, so we were sitting outside and we sent my fiance to bring the bagels back in again to be re- toasted, and My fiance overheard the oldest lady employee telling the other employees behind the counter that wasn't what we ordered and making fun of our mistake with their super cinnamon bagel and cinnamon raisen. They stopped when they realised my fiance was standing there

Happened into this place by chance, and was not disappointed! Fresh NYC style bagels, Plenty of flavor options, and a super nice staff! Great little local spot!
