When a family registers with the NA, they can be confident in knowing that all professional references are checked and each candidate is thoroughly screened . One of our professionally trained Placement Specialists speaks personally with each reference and a copy of all references will be furnished to the family.
In addition, each candidate is given a complete background check that includes other searches that most listing websites do not partake in.

2) Many years of experience
The staff at the NA has over 75 years of experience in the nanny industry. The family will always be in contact with a professional counselor who is sensitive to their needs. Our placement specialists identify and present only candidates who meet the specific criteria of the individual family.

3) Step-by-step guidance throughout the hiring process
Unlike web site services, our agency provides clients with personal guidance in all phases of the placement process. We offer suggestions in order to identify appropriate salaries, tax information, health insurance coverage, days off, vacation time, car use, etc.

Our staff is in constant contact with both the nanny candidates and the families, assisting them in scheduling interviews, flights (if needed), arranging trial days, and providing valuable feedback to both parties after meetings.
