Nice, big, spacious bar with high tables, low tables, complimented with alike seating. Delicious signature drinks accompanied with cool music and a great crowd. Delicious food and excellent service. Celebrated two birthdays at The Olde Oak and it was the perfect setting. Parking lot across the street as well and meter free parking on the same street. One pool table available and the interior decor is a work of art.
Service was really lacking, super loud, good food. We went for the wing night special $.75 wings. They came out super fresh and hot, the steak was rolling off of them. I got the fries with the homemade aioli, which also came out hot and fresh. Really loved the food! Service could've been better but I feel for them as only 2 people were running around covering all the tables.
We love this place! Since discovering it four years ago, we’ve returned time and time again for tasty breakfast, brunch and lunch meals. The food is always delicious and in just the right quantity. The original drinks are delectable — especially the new house-made Bloody Mary mix. Best of all, we’ve made friends with the bartenders and waitstaff because they are ever efficient and friendly. We will head to Open Mike Night for even more personality!
Food was great service sucked. I guess there a shift change because our original server after not coming back to the table for a while we looked up and he's playing pool having drinks no explanation no nothing. We had a total of 3 different servers and it seemed no one was sure what was happening and the wait times for the check was extensive.
Food was mediocre and so was the drinks. They weren’t bas but they weren’t good either. Waiter never came back and asked if we needed anything. Almost like they forgot us. Had to go up to the bar just to ask for checks then bring back up to pay. Customer service wasn’t bad but wasn’t good. Not very engaged with customers it seems. The place is beautiful though. Not sure if I’d go back.
This place absolutely has great food but WORST service unless you know the owner. I was told on lunch menu what was ready to order . I asked about fish and chips and waitress told me not available. Then customer next to me ordered it no problem. Maybe don’t do that to a guest sitting right next to each other ? Very rude.
Nice place. I questioned going in at first due to the building and parking. But Its in an up and coming area on parson and broad. A diverse group of a people. And a welcoming chef named C J that made me feel at home and gave me a wondefful sample of homemade salsa that should be on the menu. The bartender poured a pefect mix of vodka and pineapple and for me a mock tale. I will definitely be back to try more items and you should should visit too. A rare find!!!!
So I wanted a hamburger and wanted to try a different spot. I was driving downtown and stopped at stop light on the corner of Parsons and Oak. I see this spot open and pull them up online, come to find out it's $5 Hamburger Monday. This $5 hamburger was the truth. Seasoned, well done, and juicy as df. Mother said her BBQ chicken wings were pretty good
Awesome corner location with parking lot. Perfect menu with something for everyone. The staff is Fabulous and place is modern clean and spacious. Locals mixed group tvs for sports too.Food: 5/5
Nice spot for dinner, the garage doors were open and there was a nice breeze with the ambiance. It had your average bar menu items, tacos were cheap and the wings were pretty delicious. The waiter was excellent, he answered all our questions as well as letting us get a flight of beer, had a great time and would love to come back.
