If you want peace of mind in leaving your car in a lot, but don't want to have to shell out money to take an Uber to the airport, The Parking Spot is amazing. I've used them for all my flights and I've never had to wait long for a shuttle, or worry about my car parked at the airport. Their lot is close to the airport so it's a short ride, the staff is always super friendly and courteous, and our last trip, we had at least 5 bags including a car seat and the drivers were super helpful with loading and unloading our bags and driving to/from the airport with enough care that I never had to worry about my baby on my lap. I would definitely use them again, so you get the airport parking perk, without paying the airport parking price!

I had a dead battery on my return flight. As I was walking to the main entrance building, a driver stopped and said he would have the next driver help me. Within mins, the next driver helped me jump my battery, which really made my day after many long hours of international travels. So glad The Parking Spot has their drives prepared to provided such service. Moreover, my rewards points expired and were restored per my requested, given my lack of work travel the past two years. So happy to have all my points restored as I travel again. The Parking Spot really has great customer service. Love the people and the new technology always be rolled out.

We always use The Parking Spot when we fly from Columbus. Great service. The shuttle drivers are funny, kind, and helpful. During our most recent use of TPS, we came back to the lot in a torrential downpour. The driver not only helped us unload our luggage from the shuttle but got drenched helping us get it loaded into our car as quickly as we could. This is ABOVE AND BEYOND what we expected and very much appreciated! We will be back and HIGHLY recommend!!

I reserved my spot online and the shuttle was prompt in picking me up and taking me to the airport. My return flight was delayed 4 hours, but the shuttle was right there to get my car and incurred no extra fees. Drivers are always helpful and friendly. Love The Parking Spot!

Always have good experience using this lot. Friendly staff, efficient service…like the technology they use, it makes it really easy to reserve, pay, etc. We did have a not-so-good experience recently though. Our flight out of CMH on Christmas Day was cancelled so we had to go back to our car. We utilized the app to request a shuttle they had stopped running regularly, as it was the middle of the night. The app told us it had detected our location and a shuttle was on the way. We waited several minutes and no shuttle. It was dangerously cold that night. So we looked on the app and could see the shuttle was still sitting at the lot. So I called, and the girl who answered said she’d send a shuttle right away, and she did. Just beware the app may not work for requesting a shuttle even if it says it is!

The Parking Spot continues to be an excellent choice for airport parking. I have always experienced very pleasant and helpful employees, both at the booth and on the shuttle bus. Scheduling is really easy, the app is simple to navigate, the touch-less entry/exit always works perfectly - all in all a great place for parking!

First time using The Parking Spot. I have flown once every 10 years maybe so I didn't go online and just called them to find out particulars. The lady entered in all my info and all I had to do was print out the forms and at time arrival they were very helpful in directions to parking area. Upon returning the shuttle was at airport within 5 minutes and took us right to our car. The whole experience was outstanding and since I will probably be flying more now, I will download the app and use them again next time!

Simple parking concept with affordable price. Excellent customer service. I could park near the airport and the shuttle picks me up and drop me back without much waiting time. What else do you need from a self parking spot? You can even choose to have covered parking for your special car.
