I would give 0 stars if that was an option! I purchased an adjustable bed frame and mattress from Mattress Firm and have had issues with both and cannot get anyone to respond. Finally had to dispute the charges with my credit card company.
This company is a complete joke, these people lied from the beginning. It took me 4 weeks for these people to come and get this mattress and adjustable base that was a piece of S*&^. The they want to charge me for the items. They have me messed up. They are not even worth a star!!!!
Emailed the operations manager Joseph Jurenka in Bham AL three times this month Jan. 2021 as well as sent him a text on FB messenger and I still have not received a reply. I'm now sending a letter via USPS to the new Chairman , CEO of Matt.Firm hopefully he will reply. This is AWFUL!!!
