As other people mention to they are a tad bit pricey but at $20 it's not hourly you can shoot for all day and it's only $5 per person to add on to a lane so if you're playing on shooting for a few hours it is not a bad deal at all. The facility is second to none compared to any other ones in the area so if you're looking for an indoor range in the St Louis County area this is the one to go to, much better than On Target. Took off one star because they are a little pricey and strict about Ammo but I can live with that. I definitely would not recommend buying a gun here their prices are pretty inflated as most gun ranges are. I would recommend shooting here but if you want to purchase a firearm go support one of the other local gun shops in the area and save a couple hundred bucks!!

I just retired from owning two businesses for 35 years! I decided to learn to shoot as a sport & for self defense. I visited four ranges in my area & spoke w/the managers & owners @ each range. I liked The Range the best and here are some reasons why: The first person I met was: Rich Holen. He was extremely knowledgeable & friendly. I felt like he could guide me through the learning process & advise me on which gun to buy. He did that & was always available to answer all my questions! I want to let the owner/owners of "The Range" know that it was important for me to find such an experienced person as my "go to" professional. I have since brought a long time friend w/me. I'll bring more friends & colleagues because I already trust Rich. That says a lot because I have high standards in business & he super succeeded my expectations! I also want to mention: Vinny, Dennis, Jeff, Rob & a few other fantastic employees. I just purchased the Range Plus membership & will be taking many courses. THANKS TO RICH HOLEN, This will be my shooting home! MOST SINCERELY, LINDA PS. Thanks to Dustin as well!

Great place to go shoot your own guns or to try something new! Fair prices for renting their firearms to try. Recently got a membership here and the perks with that are great and help to reduce costs as well. My favorite part of this place is definitely the staff. They are kind and knowledgeable and won’t roll their eyes if you ask a dumb question. I loved the class I did with Dustin Pluth he was really fantastic to work with.

It's a good indoor (25yd max) range, the workers are pretty cool (just don't act like an idiot), and it's clean. However, it's sooo damn expensive. They gouge customers on prices on literally everything. $50 on an FFL transfer? Seriously?! If you pay $300/year then it's "only" $25... still expensive. Plus, even when you do buy a membership, you still have to pay each time you shoot! Unless you pay $500+/year, then it's free... Then again, they are just capitalizing on the west county area; they know people have extra money. I won't be renewing my membership and I will be going outdoors, and/or joining a gun club and pay much less, further yard ranges, and not be ripped off. I want to feel like I belong to a club with other like-minded gun owner's who help each other; I just feel like a number and a $$$ sign here. For casual shooters (1-5 times per year) it's perfectly fine - you might learn a thing or 2, but for those regulars it's way too expensive IN MY OPINION. With a little research and some phone calls, you can find better options. The pricing is obviously subjective, and it is purely MY opinion. Overall, or to the casual shooter, It IS a pretty decent indoor range.

Not impressed with the facility or prices. Full blown retail plus some for what? Attitude and poor service. Standing in front of a very small case of optics i asked an employee in case if they carried a certain optic he said no then just went about his business asked for something comparable he gave me one choice then just ignored me. Wouldn't have purchased with them anyway everything in their is full blown retarded price! Used Mossberg shotgun 349 new 299 everywhere elese Russian sks 699 laughable at best. Very slim selection of firearms and very high prices.
