The Red Balloon Toy Store

Love this store!! They have games that you don’t even know exist. They also have a clearance wall. One time our church was donating games to a charity and they help me find inexpensive good games that were on sale to buy! Great store!! If you have never been there take the time to at least go see their inventory.

ok customer service... they tried to overcharge me on some zots candy that i know on average was 4 for a dollar not 4 dollars for the whole 4 pieces. then had to check with the manager if that was right.... of course i was correct. zots only has one barcode for 4 peices...please watch them and look at your receipt.other then that it was a great store. just wonder who else has been overcharged at this location.....may give this store one more shot and see if it was an overlook in training or if this is how they really do business.

This is a fun toy store to visit. The big box stores get a bit messy and over crowded on the thin aisles. They is a big open space with a large assortment of toys and games. We really like the Aaron's Thinking Putty and they have a whole display with different options.

Can I just stop your scrolling to say how much I adore the Red Balloon. The store on 9400 is one of the best looking family owner stores I've ever seen. An easily maneuvered layout helps me to find the toys I need. It's clean, and so well organized! And not to mention the employees! They are so accommodating, helpful, and incredibly willing to do anything they can do to help! My only complaint is the sales. Everybody loves a good sale, but I don't usually have time to come in on such short notices. And with the toy club catalog that came out, only a day after they were sent out, the items listed were not even in the store yet! There should be a stock amount before the catalog comes out... But even though that was disappointing, I love this store and the lovely people who work there! Thank you so so much for a lovely experience
