The River Oaks Cafe

Local corporate cafe for VTA, also open to the public. They have a daily special, Tuesday orange chicken is a hit! The breakfast is very affordable and service is prompt, you may also call and order ahead. Salad bar is alway fully stocked with romaine and mixed greens.

My boyfriend brought me to this cafeteria last year. The foods and drinks were yummy and tasty. Besides, the waitress that served our order was patient and greeted us with a smile. Honestly, we greatly love this cafeteria, for it was perfect for our date. We will come back from time to time here. Thank you!

This is an absolute rare find in the Bay Area. Affordable breakfast and lunch options under $10 as of October 2018 and nothing to complain about the quality of the meals. Minimalist no-frills cafe for grabbing a quick bite.

Vending machines available after cafeteria is closed, great option in a pinch!
