First time and last time. Very slow in taking orders. They close the kitchen at 11.30 and we place the order long time ago. Anyhow all the best for their management if this is the quality of service

23 is a beautiful experience. The rooftop seats are genuinely breathtaking at night. The lights and view are magical. Service is really good especially Som he was really catering to the needs of everyone. Prices are reasonable especially for the happy hour. Definitely recommend it.

Good view and ambience and friendly staff but the food was absolutely horrible! The beef burger had no seasoning at all, only tomato taste was present. Fries were decent only not even the non alcoholic Mojito was up to a standard with old mint leaves and water taste. Food did not live up to the standards of the place. Disappointing…

It was a great new year catch up with my friend. The view from the 23rd floor is amazing, service is great. I love the sweet potato fries i must say its a must try. Overall two thumbs up and will definitely coming back.
