The Salvation Army Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Community Center in Salem has been designed to serve as a place of gathering and enrichment houses an array of education, sports, faith, arts and supportive programs. This page provides information regarding our Social Services programs, Congregation information, Kroc Community Center programs and International Salvation Army updates.

Mission

The Salvation Army, an international movement, is an evangelical part of the universal Christian Church.

Its message is based on the Bible. Its ministry is motivated by the love of God. Its mission is to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and to meet human needs in his name without discrimination.

The Salvation Army Ray & Joan Kroc Corps Community Center of Salem, OR is committed to producing tangible outcomes that will build character, confidence and competence in the children and families of the Mid-Willamette Valley region and
