Frankie is amazing. I wanted to freshen up my hair after a year indoors but was afraid of putting highlights in that looked fake and having my hair turn red/orange. He gave me perfect sunkissed highlights that look completely natural. He lifted them enough where despite being in pools and the ocean, they have never turned orange or red. I highly recommend stopping by to see him--I have never received more compliments on my hair color.Services: Haircut

Updated: I went Friday 7/3 for the first time since Covid. I felt very safe. Everyone had a mask on the whole time and space was adequately separated from other clients. And as many of us can relate, I needed some help with my roots. Frankie did a great job giving me a color that will be easier to maintain and gave me a great, fresh cut. Been going to Frankie for a number of years. He is magical with hair. I had several years of great short hair cuts and now I've grown my hair out longer and am doing more with color. Frankie is great for cuts, balayage, basically anything you're looking for. I can't recommend him highly enough. Oh, and did I mention he usually has his cute dogs at the salon!

Frankie is truly #1 for blonding and extensions anywhere in DC! I have been going to Frankie for years now for extensions, and he's always taken such great care of my hair. He's helped me to improve the strength and quality of my hair while achieving my goal of a lighter blonde. His staff are amazing--his assistant Banessa was so patient and kind when brushing out my regrowth! Frankie is such a fun spirit, with great communication, and never a dull moment! Also, Frankie has his own line of extensions and products, Mane Event, so you know the quality is incredible! Frankie Sanderson has been my go-to stylist and makeup artist for the past 19 years after struggling find a stylist that listened to what I wanted and had the technical abilities to deliver it. I came across his name in Allure magazine and promptly switched from my stylist at the Four Seasons to Frankie, Since then he’s cut, colored, foilaged, and added extensions to my naturally deep brown hair hundreds of times. He is the only person I would refer to friends, family and colleagues every referral became his repeat client. He listens to what I want and finds a way to over deliver each time.
