Wide selection of teas available. If you aren't sure what you want, they offer different free samples every day and the staff are knowledgeable. Parking is a bit of a hassle. If you are a regular make sure to sign up for their rewards program. Fun tea accessories available here

They carry the largest variety of loose-leaf teas in town, and they're all delicious! The staff is wonderful; they always go the extra mile to make your drink exactly as you want it. They have the best Earl Grey I've ever had (try it as a latte), and they always have interesting seasonal teas! Both locations have a great atmosphere for studying, knitting, and catching up with friends. My home away from home!

I love this place.  The boba tea and boba milk are wonderful. So is the Thai tea.  The service is excellent and friendly.

Alot of variety. The teas are good but my masala chai could have steeped much longer. The Thai tea and the fruit smoothies were top notch.
