Told us that they couldn't deliver with no explanation. No phone call,no slip of paper to reschedule, I called and left a message, called 3 more times with no answer. We go in to the UPS store and the lady tells us they don't deal with deliveries gives us a non-working 800 number and right after a UPS delivery truck pulls in. Worst store I've been in. I'll find a new delivery system to work with.

I have been picking up items at this location for a few years now. The customer service is always friendly, efficient and helpful! Thanks so much for being there!!!
