This store is very well organized and clean. We were greeted with a warm and friendly professional attitude. The owner was very knowledgeable and helped me with running our small business by offering 24-hr mailbox access, colour printing & finishing services, insured courier shipping, easy to order supplies, refill ink cartridge service, secured shredding service, plus created a house account for other purchases. I recommend this location. They also have a professional graphic designer who can design our website, landing pages, and Social Media exposure.

A+++ for this location. We have been dealing with this location for about 3 years. Stephen, the owner is always very helpful, patient and polite. I would definitely recommend this UPS Store. Donna and Steve K. from outside of the Hamilton area.

I can say that the staff at this UPS store location are always professional and curteous. The vast array of services they offer always amazes me.
