Horrible!! Will never go back! Charged me $45 to ship a package that I later found out I could ship at Canada Post for $15! My mistake but they definitely take advantage of unknowledgeable customers. Will NEVER set foot in that place again!! And that doesn't even describe the personality of rep. A piece of cardboard has more personality.

The absolute worst service experience ever. The owner charged me 35 cents for a receipt!!! Lol He has issues. The rudest person ever. I feel bad for the young guy that works there. I do wonder if amazon knows this. I am sure he must get paid by them as well as the "free" returns there is supposed to be. Very angry guy For any professional work and amazing service go to pics plus as soon as it reopens.

Horrible place. Tried charging me almost 200 to ship a package. Told me Canada post does not ship anything longer than 30 inches lol. I called Canada post and they laughed. Shipped for 57 dollars. Avoid avoid avoid

I have had several painful transactions at this UPS, but the one that put it over the top and made me never go back, was when I was sending a package and was changed 5 cents to put a piece of tape on the package. Then he printed my receipt on a scrap piece of paper and he made some comment about being efficient and resourceful. I do respect that, as I do believe in sustainable living, however, the scrap paper appeared to have personal information on it as there was someone’s address on the back.... If you are looking for professional services, this is not the place. If you are looking to pay inflected professional commercial pricing for a budget product, this is the place for you. Advise to the owner: Give a little to a get little. If you take, take, take you will lose it all.

Trying to ship with UPS was, without a doubt, the most inconvenient thing I've ever done. I ended up having to do a lot of my own research and search for my own forms and codes, using bits of information I gathered from multiple reluctant UPS employees. What a headache.
