Never had a problem here before with shipping out boxes however, I came in today and was denied services for shipping out my textbook rentals. The associate (a dark haired girl with holes in her ears from ear gauges) would not let me ship out my books since she firmly believed I should ship two books separately since I had two shipping labels. It was complete nonsense and I felt she was giving me a hard time just to make me buy extra shipping materials. There was no other associate to help so I just left instead of wasting more time trying to reason with her. Update: I went to the middleton location and was able to get the same packages shipped without any issues and no additional charges. Great customer service as well! I will be going there from now on.

I can’t say enough good things about Lee (print shop manager) and the quality of work and service at this print shop location. Lee is fantastic to work with, and I’m continuously impressed by the quality of the documents/deliverables I receive. Additionally, if ever there are questions, I receive a follow-up note or call to make sure that the deliverable matches what I intended when I sent it in. Occasionally while printing on the road, I’m forced to print at a Staples or Kinkos, and am reminded just how lucky I am to have this UPS print shop available locally.

After having a negative and terrible customer service experience at the location on Odana, I called the Regent location and spoke with an associate named Olivia. Not only did I get the answer to my simple question that the Odana rep. refused to answer, but Olivia exhibited far better customer service and was more than willing to help. I would be inclined to use the Regent location for any shipping needs.

Was there 5 minutes to closing, hoping to get a signature notarized. Even though I was the only one in line I was sent home without the notarized signature because there wasn't enough time to have a signature notarized.
