Lines moved fast! Convenient location

Constantly told my packages are available for pick up when they're still on the UPS truck. Also made to pick up items because UPS refuses to use parcel lockers. Frustrating!

Beyond furious that I waited until 1pm for an appointment to have documents notarized and no one at the store could do it.

This is the only UPS I've been to that charge for label printing on returns. There's a 3 dollar fee to use the computer, which is crazy. The one I usually go to will just let me email the store and print it up for me. This place is horrible and the clerk wasn't helpful or friendly at all..

Karen was awesome to me when I came in and needed help doing an international return. I hadn’t done this properly the first time and she walked me through the process and made it easy. Thanks for being here!!
