Honestly, I'm a little let down. Karen was trying her absolute best, but she had no support. I called ahead to customer service to make sure there wouldn't be a problem with my not being able to print out a label. I had the PDF on my phone, but for some reason, I still had to email it and have her print it in the office. If that's a training issue, please see to it. It's an equipment or a computer issue, please see to it.
Every time I have to use FedEx to ship anything, they screw me over. Every time they are late, not by a day, but by multiple days and this time around, I paid for 1 day overnight and per the usual l, they are now 5 days late with no resolution and no updated delivery date. FedEx, you are awful and I will no longer be doing business with you or any company that uses you for shipping since you have consistently cost me money and have never once offered a solution.
The English written sign on the front porch clearly reads DELIVERIES TO BACK DOOR PLEASE. I just called FEDEX customer service, a foreign speaking woman in broken English asks for my tracking number. Which I had to give her 2x. After 15 minutes on hold, I was automatically switched to leave feedback for my experience and hung up on. It's not even Xmas yet and still can't get get a response from fedex. What do I have to do as a customer to get a note on my account for deliveries to rear? Other delivery company's kindly bring deliveries to back steps. FedEx is a poor alternative to service.
If there was an option to not give a star rating, I'd definitely choose that alternative because y'all don't even deserve this one star! I should've received my package on the 15th of last month, but no! I've had to call FedEx several times just to find out it's been listed as lost for almost a month now! THIS IS INFURIATING AND UNACCEPTABLE!
Absolutely horrid. It is utterly ridiculous that I have recieved plenty of packages from FedEx in the past at my current address, then lo and behold, I purchase a tee shirt and keyring from one of my favorite bands as part of a black Friday deal. It's supposed to show up on Wednesday or Black Friday itself. Then I get 3 "operational delays", all for an "incorrect address". Again, I have recieved packages from FedEx, and more specifically, THIS FACILITY, in the past, yet they can't verify my address, until I tell them off on the phone. THEN BE TOLD IT MAY NOT ARRIVE AND NOT BE GIVEN A REASON OTHER THAN THE DRIVER CAN'T FIND THE ADDRESS??? I have given the facility my phone number, and email in case there are any further issues. And now it's just sitting there, at Rickenbacker, with ABSOLUTELY NO ESTIMATED TIKE of delivery, I don't know if it's just the Holiday Season, or utter lack of customee service, but this is insanity. I will NOT be ordering anything from Federal Express again.
I love these folks. Everytime I have been there to pickup a FedEx Express package, the employees have been extremely friendly and exceptionally helpful. And I do mean exceptional, as they are often searching the backroom for a package that may or may not be on a truck that day. Jeff is perhaps the friendliest and upbeat man I have ever met. The location also has plenty of supplies, and is very easy to get to and park. If you require more services, the post office is right across the road and Easton just down the road.
What a helpful group of employees. They printed out the labels that I had forgotten to bring. All I had to do was email them to the store.
Wanted it the day it wasn't delivered so went to pick up that same day. It's a plus to be able to pick up and not that far and there open late
Very friendly and very efficient. Sometimes have lines that are no "initial" assistance but mgmt do come out and help!!!
I ordered a package a month ago and I still haven’t received it and they cannot give me no updates on where my package is at and every time I call the customer service you can never talk to a live agent this is ridiculous
