As a UPS access point, I selected it to be my pickup location. When my package is delivered to this store and marked as “delivered,” I called the staff and asked whether the store holds my package. The man told me the store never held a package for any customer! Also, he asked me to call the UPS customer service and figured it out. So, where the package goes??? Interesting.
UPS employee or manager told me I couldn’t send large packages to their site anymore because “they don’t make any money” and it’s unfair to other customers who pay for mailboxes. The retailer I ordered from offered this location as an Access Point. He told me if I do it again they will refuse the package and purposely send it back because they don’t make money off of it. I asked what other location could I send it to instead and just told me to call. The whole interaction was rude and I will 100% not use this location anymore for any mailing services.
Manager refused to print a receipt for my package drop offs. Have received such pushback only at this location in all my years shipping. Had to take my packages to a different location. Highly recommend spending the extra time to go to a different location
Very professional, polite & helpful. Gave me a drop-off receipt without me requesting. Love their hours. UPS close to me doesn't open until 10am; this one opened at 8am.
If you print your own labels and want to drop them off at a UPS don’t go to this one. They’ll complain they don’t have room when their back room is completely empty all while trying to check your boxes in. Who ever runs this has no experience in running a business I guess.
I was being helped and Sean/Shawn stepped in and helped me resize a sentimental package I was sending to my close friend. He didn’t have to but he went out of his way! The staff here was very helpful unlike the USPS down the block!
Went in to drop off prelabeled packages and just wanted a drop off receipt for security. Waited in line and the worker came up to me and said all the computers but one were down so I’d have to wait to get it printed. I said that’s fine cause I understand it’s not their fault but then another worker who I assume is the manager comes up and says the same thing except I can’t print it even tho they are capable for the one computer. I was being polite and waited my turn yet he was like go to another store and basically said I don’t care about your packages and leave. It was not even busy so I don’t understand why he was so crazy. Never received such rude customer service until I went here. He could have been polite and just a plainly say no but he got so angry and was so rude to me. Do better at this store and don’t be rude to people who don’t deserve it.
There's a UPS store that is closer to my house but I'll drive to this one because the staff is just awesome! Kim is especially helpful and friendly.
Will not print return receipts. Every other UPS does except this location. Do yourself a favor and go to a different one.
The guys that work at this UPS always go above and beyond what we need. If a box its too heavy they will reinforce the sides so that it doesn’t potentially break in transit. These guys even work together to help a customer with many packages. One person will do the check in while another seals the packages. It’s pretty cool to see people working together as a team. Thanks guys.
