No responsibility for their drivers. Choose a different company to work with, store manager and staff is useless. Customer service is useless. You might as well go pick up your stuff from a better place like FedEx or the USPS cause they at least attempt to try.

Wonderful experience. Shipped multiple large boxes to different locations and the employee was polite, respectful and had attention to detail. She also worked swiftly even though a line hadn't formed yet. Will come back here!

Unfriendly staff. Seems inconvenienced when picking up items for Access Point service on multiple occasions. Hope I never have to come back here.

Terrible service. Rude manager. She was uninterested in being helpful. Also would not offer tape for a 6 inch package. Truly dissatisfied and disappointed. Poor customer service.

Surprised by the negative reviews... I've been to this store dozens of times and they are always fast, efficient and have great customer service.

I needed a notary for my absentee ballot for out of state. The lady was quick & efficient & pleasant. Call to verify the notary is there though, because I called the day before & the man said they were open until 7. He didn't mention he left at 3pm & was the only notary that day. I had to make 2 trips.
