The owner is super rude. Every time you wanna return something, he literally opens it up and ask why you wanna return it? Like its none of his business because its from Amazon! Theres always a long wait and he takes his time talking to people knowing there are people in the line waiting! Do not recommend this place at all.
I was told to return equipment via UPS store but given no instructions. Bernie was patient, helpful and efficient. Equipment sent. Great customer service!
Berne saved the day. He made my Amazon return a seamless process after I had a failed attempt at another location. This is the best UPS location in Va Beach
Bernie was working the counter today and was extremely unprofessional. He was on the phone when myself and another customer walked in. After about 5 minutes arguing with someone over tracking information the call ended. He immediately began cursing and having a rant about "someone from corporate" This is not the first time I've been to this location and experienced this type of obnoxious unprofessionalism from this same associate. I'm not sure he is the franchise owner or not but this type of behavior is unexcusable and ignorant from this angry old man.
Came here before once and it was a very bad experience. He straight up refused to box one of my packages and told me to go somewhere else. The guy who runs the place is not professional. I had a package being held there assured by the tracking number. Took him an alarming amount of time to find it. After saying, "Are you sure it was delivered here? Do you know what the package looks like?" And immediately after checking his system. "Oh, it was delivered here." The one on Shore Drive is 100% better than this one. I would strongly advise anyone to go there instead. Avoid this place if you value your time and packages.
Bernie was amazing! He was so friendly and personable! I was in and out in literally 4 minutes! He was helping an elderly gentleman at the same time! He’s a great employee. Thank you for your smiles and excellent customer service!
This is simply an unbelievable and unprofessional location, criminal at best. There is one main man working it and he took our package saying he would scan it later, “lost it” and refused to acknowledge that he was the one that even took it. Outright lying to our face after we waited an hour for him to open after store hours because he had an appointment. You can’t make this stuff up!
I don’t know why I keep coming here maybe to give them a second and third chance but my experience every time keeps getting worse and worse. The owner flat out refused an Amazon return today and told me to go somewhere else this is ridiculous I am reporting him to Amazon. Maybe when it hits his bottom line he’ll realize the lack of customer service and its financial impact.
Went in with three packages. One was an amazon return with a pre-paid label. The second was a return with another vendor, also a pre-paid label. The third was going to the same place as the second but, I was paying the shipping. I said third one to the same place as the second. The attendant put boxes 2 and 3 on the scales together... I asked him what the weight was. He replied 13 pounds. I knew the third box weighed 10.3 pounds and the second box weighed 2.1 pounds. He was only supposed to charge me the shipping on the third box. I resented paying extra shipping on the second box he weighed with the third box. Yes, they were going to the same place; but, he should NOT have added the weight of the second box with the third. I already had a shipping label for the second box. This 1-star review is his reward for cheating me; he could have had a 4-5 star review for being honest.
Haven't heard hood things about this location or employees in the past. Tried to stop by on my way to work since it's on the way and everything is locked up and lights off. 3 other people stopped by all not surprised by the lack of punctuality. Apparently they also consistently close early.
