The UPS Store

The guy that helped me today was great. I had to wait a bit but it was worth it. I haven't had to ship personal items UPS but they made it easy to do. A big thank you to them!!

Dylan went above and beyond today on trying to find me package that went missing! He went to all the local businesses to find it. Even in the pouring rain! He is also always helpful whenever I come in and need assistance! And great teamwork with Candace finding the package! You guys are the best!! Thank you thank you.

I needed a Notary, and it was Sunday. One of my colleagues suggested UPS, and I was totally surprised that they had a notary on site. Not only did they notarize my papers, but they helped me upload them to the Internet webpage that was needed for my project, and also helped me mail a second copy to a special address. Extremely friendly, really knowledgeable, quick and competent. 10 stars.

Edited: Originally I was frustrated with the lack of online information regarding them closing early one day. Given the courteous response as well as my experience in the store on my other recent trips I updated the review to 4 stars. While the service isn’t always the greatest, it’s far better than any other UPS store I’ve been to.

I recently brought several packages and a Christmas letter to the Candelaria UPS Store. Dylan quickly prepared my packages and then expertly and quickly printed the letter in color.

I have been going to this store for over 7 years. It seems it was sold in 2022 late in the year. Service was terrible. A smile seemed out of the question- none of the young staff knew what HSN was and they were unhelpful! Will find a new store

Went in for fingerprinting and the employees there were awesome. Very friendly and patient as my hands were being difficult. Will definitely go here for all my shipping needs as well. Thank you everyone!

I came to get my fingerprints done and it was such an easy process! The gentleman who did my fingerprints was super friendly and did a great job.

You could definitely tell the lady working did not want to be there. Rude and not helpful with printing and FedEx a block away was a much better experience and .34 cents vs the 2.00+.99 per page UPS would've charged.
