The UPS Store

Horrible UPS store location. The poor ratings this store has received speaks for itself. The guy working on Saturday afternoon is nothing more than a miserable, lazy, bum. He's slow, rude, and just seems to hate life. A line of 5-6 people formed as this lazy guy spoke rudely to customers. Looking at the line, he shook his face in disgust and mumbled to himself, "all these people just decide to come in at the same time." He told a customer they should've gone to a UPS store closer to their home. He tossed a customer's package aside and yelled at another customer. He talks to customers as if they are bothering him from taking his afternoon nap. I didn't catch his name, but this Saturday guy is a terrible employee who needs to learn better customer service. He was rude to each and every person. He clearly doesn't want to be working there, so just fire him already. He has zero customer service skills and an annoying tone.

They were out of certified mail slips.There was no sign. Then charge $16.00 for one regular sized envelope to ups it. This how they cheat customers. Go else where

Rep name tag read "trainee" was extremely frustrated that there were customers. Each time a customer came the door he sighed very heavily, actually referred customers that were completing other transactions to come back the next day or go to another UPS location. He complained that he needed to get his work done and people kept coming Ito drop stuff off. I will say this is not normal for this location, typically they are very accommodating, but unfortunately not today.

What a horrible place and absolutely rude lady. They want to charge me to drop something off for the USPS that has a prepaid stamp? What is going on with this place. Do not give them your business... on top of that she was really rude.

The two ladies who assisted me where very helpful and a pleasure to work with. I had to make a second trip back to the store because I forgot to add something to my package, they made it easy to correct and accommodated me without fuss. I was blown away by their genuine and helpful customer service.

It's my go to place. Never had an issue, I just wanted to give a shot out to Tony, he was being harrased pretty heavily by another customer on Dec 18th and he maintained professionalism and still greeted me with positivity and kindness. That customer said they would be filing a complaint but Tony literally stood there and did his job while this man harrased and slowed up the line.

Do NOT Trust this location. This is a pick up location for UPS MY Choice. This store sent my UPS package back to sender without notifying me that it had been delivered. THEY sent it back immediately & acc. to UPS corporate, the store decided that they had too many packages & sent my small less than 6 oz pkg back to the sender. No star rating.

Great store! Breanne? Is amazing! Remembers my name and box number and always amazingly helpful! Great store, great people. Prices are what I've come to expect from a UPS Store so can't complain about that.

Recently went to store to mail a small package to Canada. I was quoted $145.00 for US Mail or $165.00 UPS. Asked if it was a mistake? Unbelievable price!!! I left and went to post office in Ontario and the cost was $16.00 to mail the package! People beware of their high costs!!!
