US Post Office

I've lived in Upland for 3 years now, and since living here I've lost numerous packages, or they've been misplaced in a neighbor's mailbox only to be returned weeks later. Most recently they gave me a key to get my package, key did not work, I left a note on my mailbox staying the key didn't work, checked the next day, still the same key, I put the note on the backside of the mailboxes where the mailman would for sure see it, after 3 days the key was finally changed. They seem to have no regard for how important some of these packages are and they have no answer when it goes missing. I've had packages shoved into my small mailbox to where I could not get my package out, it's absolutely ridiculous the way Upland's postal workers behave. I'm sick of losing packages or continuously having to write notes to inform them of their inability to deliver packages properly.

Since the mailbox were damaged where I live we have been forced to go pick up our mail from the post office. However I am missing a package that shows it was delivered to a mailbox??? What mailbox. When I go to collect my mail I didn't receive it. Now I'm out of money and product. This is really disappointing I'm sure my other item will get lost in the mail as well.

I had mail in the mailbox to go out and the postal deliverer literally LEFT MY STUFF IN THW MAILBOX and just piled on new mail!!! I had to take the mail he failed to take. Why do these people get benefits and a pension when they act like McDonald’s workers who couldn’t care less about doing their job?? To make it worse, it isn’t like you can call and complain because the phone number has a phone tree and it is difficult to get a supervisor on the phone.

First time at this location. In the historic area of Upland, lots of parking, large office. Very friendly staff, quick and easy! Will be back

Had a great experience at the Post Office. A employees I interacted with were helpful! Kim especially went above and beyond, finding ways for me to mail my items inexpensively. She went the extra mile, finding different envelopes and even repacking...all without my asking. She took initiative and delivered!

At least two packages have been " delivered " but we have not received anything in our mailbox or parcel box.

Great post office. If I can't pick up my mail in a timely manner they put it into a basket for me till I get there. Nicest employees there ever.
