Today as I went into UPS to send off a package, I was greeted with a warm smile behind her face mask. Ms Heidi was very excited to help me send off my package. Explain all the details thoroughly. I felt most welcoming and definitely will be back

This was the 3rd place I went to print a label and ship a package. The staff was amazing and helped me so fast ot left me wondering why the other places I visited had such trouble... five star service.

Patrick provided friendly service that went over and beyond my expectations. He helped me with processing my payment and even opened the door as I exited the store. I will be returning to this UPS store just because of the excellent customer service experience.

I can always count on Great Customer Service from the Arlington location. The Staff seems to be very young but all of them are very professional.

Amazing service.. I had to come here for the identogo service after being sent to the ghetto one on poplar I was in and out in about 5 minutes as oppose to the identogo service workers on poplar who kicked me out because I was 4 minutes late

Overall great experience!! I had a minor problem when I came in and the sweet woman behind the counter was more than happy to assist me. I was in and out in less than five minutes. I highly recommend this UPS Store!
