Least helpful UPS store. They have forgotten that they're a customer-driven, PRIVATE business which the public is not married to, nor stuck with.

The manager, Dee, while helpful, ended up shipping a high valued jewelry piece WITHOUT insurance even though she agreed to send it with insurance. If this item was lost in the mail, would they have paid for it?

We have been here multiple times while I was attending training and they have ALWAYS taken care of me. They are kind, courteous and helpful beyond belief. If there is a way for them to ship it cheaper, they will find it. Keep up the great work!

Almost never open on time. Good people work here though when they decide to open up.

anytime I need to print out post cards or flyers for my business, this is my go to spot. Have been working with them for three years now and have always been pleased and they always own up to their mistake.

I am giving a this review because i hate wasting my time waiting for a business to open....and its already 30 minutes late. Not much of a choice gotta send this out UPS.
