The Vault Catering

I personally have not ordered from the Vault but the company I work for used to all the time. In the past few months their deilery driver with the mustache (huge creep) always made rude comment's, stared at women as he was setting up our lunches and would take his sweet time! He was always late to top it off! Plus the food has just gone downhill. It used to be wonderful! But the past few times and very last time the food always tasted bland, or smelt and taste like straight rosemary, and the hot food would arrive cold! The food has made a change for the worst with their new Chef (the driver said it's their third chef in the past few months, WOW!) I think it's time they find a new chef already! I'm very glad we are definitely not ordering from them ever again!! On a different note One of my wife's friends used the vault a few years ago for their wedding and everything was wonderful and their event coordinator Sandra is a really nice helpful person who truly loves her job. It just seems her new kitchen team has no idea what they are doing, sad.

I was so impressed with Sandra and her team! I had them cater my baby shower a few months ago and my friends are still raving about the brunch we enjoyed! My shower was held at their venue, the tacoma armory which is truly a hidden gem! I was so impressed with the Vaults food that I plan on hiring them to cater my wedding later this summer!

My sister had this catered at her wedding a few weeks ago at Kelly's farms. It was flavorless and cold. For the price my parents paid (3000 - 3500) we were beyond disappointed as were multiple guests. This was not the same food we tasted months back prior to booking. Also, they failed to put out an entire sheet cake from the wedding cake and several people, including the bride (my sister), didn't get cake. Would not recommend at all ever. I feel my family is owed an apology as well as some compensation for this sad excuse for service and quality.

I have ordered through the Vault for both small and large events for work. Sandra is wonderful to work with, the food is always right on time and delicious! It is a great option and they make the meal run smoothly. There are so many great options on the menu that we keep coming back to work our way through it! There are always leftovers. I also have to note that the lunch boxes are great! We were not expecting to have so much in there, main item, fruit, chips, and cookie. I would recommend any day.

I was very pleased with the service. They are very creative with food presentation and Sandra was very easy to work with. I was able to dial in a very tasty menu for my event and I would highly recommend this catering company to anyone looking for a local caterer.
