The Waters

Hotel staff was great especially valet and front desk. Enjoyed our spacious room with a view on the fifth floor. Love the contemporary decor and the bed was so comfortable...had one of the best nights sleep ever at a hotel! Being an older mature person physically sleeping on a good mattress is key to feeling good the whole day and enjoying the vacation time. Location was a factor to enjoy the Central Avenue sights. Would definitely come back and stay longer.

Loved this hotel. The clean and modern decor and furniture blends so well with the vintage elements. You are right off the main street, but as soon as you enter, it is peaceful and quiet. My wife loved the plush bed and terry robe. Staff were attentive and friendly. We will be back.

We had such a great experience while staying at The Waters hotel. The location is absolutely perfect. You are emerged between the most popular restaurants and shops on Central Avenue- all within walking distance. The hotel staff is very efficient and hospitable. The hotel’s charm is perfect. The lobby and hall ways are restored to keep the buildings history attached, but the rooms have been updated to make you feel like you truly are enjoying an upscale weekend. We cannot wait to visit here again!

My husband and I recently stayed at The Waters Hotel in Hot Springs. The historic building is completely redone with modern conveniences while preserving the original structure's tile work, brick, and wood flooring etc wherever possible. It is located across from Bathhouse Row and convenient to downtown shopping and historic Central Avenue attractions. A big thank you to Justin who checked us in and Chris who was on valet service. They went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant one. We would definitely recommend The Waters to anyone considering a visit to Historic Hot Springs!

Staff were all superb! The building stands apart from the rest; great visual appeal. Our room was clean and comfortable. Fantastic blend of originality and modernity. We will definitely stay here again.
