The Woodhouse Day Spa - Mukwonago

I had 80 fantastic minutes with Shannon. She is so in tune that my muscles just melted. She worked all my trouble areas and left me feeling like a new person. The spa was clean, quiet and relaxing. The concierge Tori and Ashley were very nice and helpful. I can not wait to return.

Worst massage ever. I wanted a 50 Swedish massage, I got super deep long ( painful) slow strokes. I asked therapist if she was actually going to massage me after 10 minutes of doing the same stroke on my neck, she said yes but really never did. Never touched back of legs or face or scalp. I was not please so I told the front desk and they were just shocked because that was one of their best therapists. My back has been sore all day because of the amount of pressure she continually put on my lower back. If this was one of there best I will not be back.

Staff is wonderful. Atmosphere is quiet, relaxing. Everything a spa should be.

My wife doesn't like to write reviews so I will for her on what she has told me. She has gotten 3 massages from Woodhouse. She really enjoyed the 1st 2. She was pregnant for the 3rd and experienced some unexpected faintness during a pregnancy massage at Woodhouse. This was about 10 minutes into the massage. She had to leave her massage after those 10 minutes and they charged her the full price. She immediately called her doctor and went in to see her doctor who put her on bedrest for a couple days. I understand that my wife had the full hour booked, but being charged for the full hour when clearly something went wrong during her massage is just a blatant disregard for another human. My wife has not been back since because she felt this was disrespectful. I asked her tonight about getting her a massage gift certificate and she said anyplace but Woodhouse. She felt it was that disrespectful. So even though this is our hometown spa, I will look elsewhere when finding a place to book her a massage.
