WELL Spa + Salon

5 Star Salon and Spa! Best experience in the Lake Geneva area. Met Gordy the Spa Director, who gave us great advice on local things to do. The work out area has clean new equipment. Everyone in the Spa was very professional and polite. Made for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

my husband & I had a couples massage w/ 2 of THE BEST MASSAGES WE'D EVER HAD. ( ask for Sarah & or/ colleen. ) they did an AMAZING JOB! also great relaxation lounge, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi, & lots of water soaked in lemons / or oranges. ( refreshing) and variety of fresh fruits, cheeses & crackers. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. 🖒

My massage therapist was great. If I could rate her separately I would give her five stars. The support staff were not at all great. When scheduling they neglected to inform me of the expectation to arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to the appointment time. I had made a big point of saying I wanted to be sure I allowed enough time because of beltline traffic, so it would have been appropriate to mention this at the time I scheduled. No huge deal but it did start us down the wrong path. Subsequently, to save time l attempted to download the new client form to fill out in advance, but the link was broken. I emailed for a copy and instead of a blank copy they sent me another client's completed form, with this individuals very personal health and medical information. When I email replied to that effect they sent a pithy unsigned second reply, ' I hope this works better for you', but then forgot to attach any form at all. Neither email had a salutation, signature, or closing, and the first had no words at all. By now we are pretty far down the wrong path. The check in vibe was not better. There was no sense of responsibility for the communication issues, no attempt to recover professionally. I can't imagine there was a notice to the person whose confidentiality was violated.

I wanted to give more than three stars but I couldn't. The staff was phenomenal, very polite, very helpful. The amenities were excellent. I have to say I'm disappointed that a 50 minute massage that cost $145 did not include a complimentary mimosa. Other visitors that were there received a complimentary mimosa, however I don't know the spa package they picked. But for as much as I spent I would expect at least that type of beverage. Also, my massage was good but it did not get out the knots I had in my back. I have had many massages in my life and most of them were at Massage Envy which released my knots and tension for a 1/3 of the price. I normally would not have gone to the Well Spa for a massage but I was staying at the Grand Geneva Resort and I was desperate to get relief in my back , shoulder, and neck. I felt 75% better immediately after my massage but the next day it was getting more painful and by the second day after it was back to where it was before I got the massage. I don't think it was worth $145 plus the $25 tip I gave her.

LOVE the WELL Spa! From the facility to the staff this place is top notch!
