Bellasazi Salon & Spa

I took my wife here for her birthday. Staff was friendly, place was clean and relaxing for her. They were more than willing to help me pamper her the best they could. My wife had a fabulous, relaxing, and lovely time. If you want to get what you paid for, for her and show your special loved one some love and appeciation, I'd highly recommend Belladazi Salon & Spa.

I'm happy that that customers seem to be happy with the services offered. I am NOT happy with their customer service though. I bought a gift card over the phone to surprise my friend w/ a spa package. I asked the person processing the transaction to SPECIFICALLY indicate clearly what the gift card was intended for. She wrote down a message that I wanted included, but did NOT write down what I wanted the gift card intended for. Called salon to try and rectify the error. Their response? "We can't stop a customer from using the gift card on any service they want to use it for. That wouldn't really be fair to the customer." Ummm... how about it's not fair to me that they screwed up the intention and would not even bother to see the simple logic and try to rectify their screw-up!! Whatever you do, don't buy a gift card online or over the phone if they are NOT going to mark down what the gift card was intended for. If the company I work for did the same, we'd do everything in our power to make the purchaser satisfied. If we didn't, we'd go out out of business. Not a good business model Bellasazi, not good at all.

It the best place for massages and facials! They are so nice!

I would recommend this place. I have been there for hair and wax services and have always had stellar seevices.
