Got a shellac manicure with Caleb tonight and he was fantastic. He took his time on my nails and explained everything step of the process. The facility was very clean and pretty. Definitely going back there again!

Horrific experience. Got in for same day appointment, but the surly cool.blonde receptionist/"manager" lady was a nightmare on the phone when she asked me what kind of cut I wanted. I told her I want an asymmetrical cut. She was like oh haha sure. When i.got there, the stylist "Trisha" butchered my hair. Like REALLY BUTCHERED IT. She buzzed off the entire side when I told her let it cover my ear, and then she pretended it never even happened. What's even worse, is I had to.literally.TEACH HER how to cut hair throughout the TWO.HOURS she spent giving a gay kid a cost cutters vibe style, except guess what. No evenness, no.clean lines, no trimming of.all the hair of split ends, ect... I talked to.the manager who argued with me and said I "was lucky they were even serving me" whatever That means. NEVER AGAIN
